Plain and simple: the results you see on this website and across the OwnersOS, D2D Experts, D2DU, D2DCon, Recruitomatic, and Sam Taggart brands are real outcomes from real clients. They are not guarantees. Your results will depend on your effort, your market, your team, your offer, and a dozen other factors we do not control. Please read this entire disclaimer before purchasing any product, enrolling in any program, attending any event, or making any business or financial decision based on our content.

1. No Guarantee of Income, Revenue, or Results

Every business is different. Every market is different. Every owner is different. The income figures, revenue numbers, growth percentages, multipliers, case studies, testimonials, screenshots, and results shared on our websites, in our marketing, on our calls, inside our programs, on social media, in emails, in advertising, on podcasts, on video sales letters, and across every channel we operate are examples of what some of our clients have achieved. They are not typical, not average, not guaranteed, and not a promise of what you will earn, what your business will do, or what results you will personally experience.

You should assume that typical results from any business education product, coaching program, training, mastermind, event, or consulting engagement are zero. Most people who buy business products or training do not implement what they learn and therefore see no measurable change in their business. The Federal Trade Commission and other regulatory bodies have made clear that "results not typical" is the appropriate framing for any business opportunity, education product, or coaching service.

The case studies, testimonials, and client outcomes displayed across our websites, sales pages, advertising, social media, podcasts, and marketing materials reflect the actual outcomes of specific clients we have worked with. Verified examples we reference include but are not limited to:

Every case study, testimonial, and outcome we display is real, verified, and represents the actual work of those specific business owners. These results are not representative, average, or typical of what every client achieves. Many of our clients see strong growth. Some see modest growth. Some see no measurable growth. A meaningful percentage do not implement what they learn and therefore see no change. The single largest variable across every outcome is execution… which is entirely your responsibility.

If you do not put in the work, do not implement the systems, do not show up to coaching, do not attend events you have paid for, or do not follow through on the agreements you make inside our programs… you will not see the results others have seen. That is not the fault of our content, our coaches, or our systems. That is the reality of business.

7. Specific Programs and What They Are (And Are Not)

Each of these is an education, training, or consulting product. None of them are:

  • A business opportunity or franchise
  • A guaranteed path to any specific income level
  • A security, investment, or financial product
  • A multi-level marketing or network marketing program
  • A done-for-you service that runs your business for you (with the exception of clearly-defined done-for-you services like Recruitomatic, which are limited in scope)
  • A replacement for professional legal, financial, tax, or operational guidance

The value you receive depends entirely on your engagement, your execution, and the conditions specific to your business.

8. Independent Status

By purchasing our products or services, you understand and agree that no employer-employee, partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or franchise relationship is created. When we use endorsements from clients, those clients have consented to the use of their name, business name, photo, video, voice, and outcomes. Some clients may have received discounts, comped event tickets, or other consideration in exchange for sharing their results, and we disclose those material connections where applicable.

We sometimes partner with affiliates, joint venture partners, sponsors, or referral partners who promote our products or whose products we promote.
